Great working culture, flexible work life balance, opportunities to grow and company values employees feedback. Ethics and compliance in everything they do and enforce through trainings, clinics etc.

Dislikes

Disparity in annual increments. Regardless of whether you are working good or bad, if your package is higher than your team members then person on lesser package get hike than one on higher package. Internal movement to different departments are very difficult. Getting promotion is dependent on your manager and management.

...eam was like a family Documentation part was very good , Initially Training was continue from 2002 to 2005, salary was satisfactory in 2002, learning opportunity was their, management was caring work-life balance between 2002 to 2005

After 2006 (Approx) Team making quality was laps, job insecure every-time, carrier growth was nil, salary became unsatisfactory, Learning phase was missed by management foe new joining , work environment changed because team work was absent, work-life balance disturbed because unlimited working hrs

Atleast salary comes in time that is the only system functioning good, previously when good leaders where running the company it was a true MNC company i.e before 2014. I have worked 16 years in Baxter, I feel pity on the new leaders and what they have done to Baxter India.

Every thing is P&L, there is nothing called employees, ethics , skill, promotion, culture ......now a days managers don't know even they do ACE checkins .....
