It’s a good company but spoiled by Indian peoples greed for money. Everyone is taking full advantage of this huge MNC which is controlled from US.You won’t find any loyal employees except a few who are unable to do anything because of their level. Company is spending a lot of money but only 20% is used at proper place and rest goes in the pockets of greedy employees and contractors as they are working hand in hand to earn money.Baxter must do something for this otherwise it will loose a huge part of their spendings.If anyone wants to earn money with false practices he or she must join Baxter Ahmedabad immediately.

...nd doing nothing. Everyone is behind poor workers only as they are easy targets. A good company to earn money apart from salary as lot of upgrading is going on . No one is there to look for these thing and if at all someone is trying to raise the issues. He is sent out of Baxter by the team of these greedy people .

Favouritism and appeasement is a lot. Promotion, salary hikes are based on favouritism. Toxic work culture for you if you are not part of their politics. No appreciation for good work. Womens are judged if they have kids. All this happens in the background.
