Atleast salary comes in time that is the only system functioning good, previously when good leaders where running the company it was a true MNC company i.e before 2014. I have worked 16 years in Baxter, I feel pity on the new leaders and what they have done to Baxter India.

Every thing is P&L, there is nothing called employees, ethics , skill, promotion, culture ......now a days managers don't know even they do ACE checkins .....

Excellent organisation in terms of products quality and customer importance.appreciation for good work but only one problem that even you are an excellent employee siniors do politics and removes employees on their own likes specially in south reason

During Covid they forced many good employees to leave organisation because their salary was bit higher than other employees even they were performer and they didn’t pay any compensation also

Favouritism and appeasement is a lot. Promotion, salary hikes are based on favouritism. Toxic work culture for you if you are not part of their politics. No appreciation for good work. Womens are judged if they have kids. All this happens in the background.
