It's been a great learning curve. Started when the company had less than 100 employees in the bangalore r n d site. Now it's grown 500+ in 2years. The journey had been fabulous.

Only the Work Lift Balance to some extent is fine in this company.

Dislikes

No ethics is followed and anybody can be asked to leave the company anytime all of sudden, absolutely there is not job security. Work environment is pathetic where the senior management is always biased with cherry picks and your accomplishments, contributions in company's development & growth is no longer valued even if you prove with data the Top management does not show any interest to view/listen if you are not a good cherry in their bucket.
