Please avoid this company at all cost , only join if you want to work for at least 16 hours a day. They will manipulate you and will never make you grow you surely will stuck here so avoid at all cost.

No Hikes No Promotions Nothing NADA if you only want to sacrifice your life and be a slave to this company its best to avoid it and there will be no guarantees of leaves and they will not give you unless there is someone dies.

As a former graphic design intern in Baweja Media I learnt a lot. Because the company is still at the growing stage I got to work on projects which I probably would not have been given the opportunity in any other established company. The management is very kind and supportive and have always encouraged me to grow and get better at my skill. Very understanding about your time schedule and has great flexibility in terms of moulding your working hours according to your life and the other things/schedules you have. Overall I had a great time learning and growing with the people and the company.

Expect 12-14 hours per day The management is incompetent especially the mental health expert who only preaches about about mental health but does the complete opposite If something does not work in the favour of the management. The employee is blamed for not following the order even after following the order or the issue is blamed on miscommunicationq
