... support from management. MD, CEO are in-human, no culture to talk to employees. Salary and incentive structure is pathetic. They hold incentives because of others mistake. Very very bad - people working there as they’re seeking job outside not recommended to anyone. DO NOT FALL INTO BRAND BMW.

There are many things to learn and improve skill but as i mentioned Very Management and Senior staff not giving an apportunity to the capable person they kick an employee any time even they do not think about them how he /she will be needy for the job. Don't trust on them rating also they are making fake reviews also for increasing the rating.

Dislikes

Many things, specially VP and QCCM play with employees emotion. Every time they targeted to the employees and blame as well. Very bad staff

1. Learning opportunities 2. Incentive structure 3. Opportunity to closely work on range of BMW vehicles.

1. Poor management. 2. Management is not supportive 3. Few people's are running the business, own cannot go against them even if it is in the fever of organization.

No Doubt company is good, but now there is many more changes after the post covid and hope it recoveries asap, in all aspect payments, finance, funding's and other things which are poorly hurtled the owners. All Seniors are leaving the jobs and they are taking there own roots.

Dislikes

Salary Appraisal, no career growth, with no new modification, politics, Lesser concentration of MD on employees and there financial growth with surrounding, Managers do not value an individual's, due to which timely promotions are not done.

Likes

It was good, but those who need money rather than experience or certification for level up it is quite takes more time because management tries to avoid you to go for level up. And the rest is good.
