The cut out salary after covid, the gave us only 50 percent of total salary, after that things went good, I left the job because I have to do business, but they fired some get after covid, they didn't give us paid holiday, we didn't get sick leave also. Request you to visit the company and ask the gets working there. I am no more part of the organisation

Colleagues are less supportive, and politics, no paid holiday, no sick leave, no health insurance, nothing.

Working as a proposal engineer is a boring type. Salary and increments you can expect just 5%. Work life balance is good means best i can say. Working Environment not good everyone keeps as eye on you.

Most of thing like stupid people, no exposure and creativity in terms of work. Back stabbing etc.

Recent Passout students get excellent opportunity to learn and develop industrial skills. All the collegues are very supportive and helpful.

Increment is very bad, Initially you will get paid well but after that increment is very low. Office politics is seen here.

Company is running by only one person i.e MD and rest of directors have no rights and only making salaries and noone care about company name and reputation

Company have no work culture and not a future orinted . In short like a school where u learn and left after experience
