The recently appointed NSM (in year Jan 2024) is a hypocrite + dictator. He has ruined careers of many and has politically risen up the ladder in Baumer management even if he doesn't have the required qualifications. The work environment is worst & technical and service people are humiliated & abused many times in spite of completing their due tasks. The previous sales managers (motion control department) appointed as the new NSM in Jan 2024 is a nightmare to work with for any employee. The sales targets are unreasonable, to achieve those all people are unnecessarily put under the grind. The overall work culture is not conducive & there's no job security to service employees since past 10 years in this organization, consequently the service department (vision, motion controls, process sensors, & position sensors) have entirely left the company.
