late salary they do so late salary example: if you/everyone attend full January month then you/everyone going to paid in the end of February 29 or more late in mid of march somewhere i don’t know how they manage about account nowadays in December 2024 tha salary are almost 2 months late please be sure before joining and ask HR or your employer about it

NO TRAINING, NO JOB SECURITY, CARRIER GROWTH IS NOTHING FOR HARD WORK PERSON, SALARY IS POOR AND APPRAISAL IS GIVEN ON YOUR PERSONAL BEHAVIOR NOT ON YOUR HARD WORK NOT SATISFY, NOT EXPECT FOR TRAVEL, POLITICS IS TOO BAD. NOTHING TO LEARN DUE TO BAD POLITICS.

In BATLIBOI i am worked under control of vestas so my experience is to bad 😞 thay will put late of pressure if the operator give those 100% of work thay won't satisfy thay are what 200% how can the operator is work

No Work Life Balance, No Proper Training Development, Poor Work Culture, Have to work beyond Work Timings

Poor Work Life Balance, Extended working hours upto 3 hours minimum, No one is there to properly train a new joinees at all. Consider all employees having 10-15 years of experience

Working culture is at its best, management looks at you and your requirement and all other policies and system are good enough to work.

Some Employees who don't work for company and don't follow working system.
