Higher management is not so employee oriented. The policies keep changing making it difficult for a employee to continue long-term. Less scope of growth as it is a niche business.

Likes

BathXpertz is into the business of Bathroom Renovation which in itself is very niche and the scope of scalability is tremendous and so is career growth. Not many startups offer work life balance which BathXpertz does. The management and bosses are easily approachable and there is complete transparency at every level.

Dislikes

Since the business involves construction/renovation, one needs to deal with contractors and other material suppliers on daily basis, at times it becomes difficult to control certain supply chain related problems. Also the commute time is much longer than expected on few days.

Likes

Their work culture is so satisfying and i personally realize this thing . Every person in this office available to support you in your project . In this office I'll learn so many things and Mr. Gaurav sir is genuinely gentlemen . Mr. Gaurav is not like a boss he's like a leader . And the last thing is their office is so satisfying.

Dislikes

Till now i don't face worse situation in this office and i don't even think that this will happen .

There are so many opportunities for learning in this company even all employees are very good and huge skilled also. And apart from this company deal only end to end on washrooms renovation company. This based in Lado Sarai near Saket Metro New Delhi.
