...petition to his ast manager as he was not his best friend like the sales person.During my stay this favoured sales person fought with an IAS officer who came to pay a visit to our shop about his sales tactic that i had to apologise for him even though i was a newbie & risking my job.I lost 7k on my transportation & i never had the guts to report to the company and the hr about the worst management i witnessed in one of their outlet in India.They even made fun of my tiffins i bought as i was a non vegetarian and in my country being a non vegetarian we meet many unexpected incidents even from so called smart Managers which i believe do not have level of vast & broad mindset to represent an international brand.Asking for shift end's leave daily was a torture as a simple yes was never uttered from the manager but a sarcastic reply was handled daily.I dont think you can get promotions or your hardwork to be paid if you are not favoured because you do not have a longterm friendship or blood relationship with the manager to grow in that outlet.

...as the restaurant will make business, they doesn't care about staffs well being. At the end, low salary and you are wasted in work, no appreciation, they will talked to you that you owes a lot to them. Disaster

Dislikes

Staff well-being are not important, work for the business they doesn't care even though shortage of staff. Top management are totally in high standards, they want you to feel that you need them, your not important to them. That's why most of the employees are leaving the company, some don't have choice but to stay. If you leave the company they will let you stay for a long time to suffer.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not increment. Job is not Secure.

The worst company I worked with in my whole life no job security,hired and fire process, only belive in management position no respect for ground staff treating very worst for ground staff. For hiring the managers they terminate all the less wages stAff in bulk and bring one big cooperate staff. Really very unorganized management and too much politicals and showoff specailly the chief operation staff without understanding the operation difficulties only hire managers and terminates ground staff who is the base root of the company and pressure the middle level supervisor and managers.. Even unorganised people I worked with,they analysis the problem but not ready to solve it. Not even give one star for these company.

The worst management I have ever seen in my whole working life .no staff in ground level but too much high rank managers and chefs but no one to work on line.
