...n they ask them for money for early release no matter employee has work or not.. According to them pay them 3 months salary if you want to go within 3 months. They should release employee Emmidiate by this also company can save money.

They having subsidiary called TecWork Global Solutions on the Ground floor of Batchmaster office. The director of this company Mr. Chirag is very unprofessional man. He do not know how to behave with employees. If he do not like you he will terminate you within a week without any reason. So be aware from such organizations. They will spoil your career.

Dislikes

Batchmaster is good organization do not join the tecwork global solutions as the CEO is unprofessional. He will terminate you at any point at any time.

Under the leadership of Sahib Dudani sir in US and Sanjay Panjwani sir in India BatchMaster has grown up to a level where we are pioneer in process manufacturing ERP solutions in both On Premise and Cloud offerings.

Didn't find any dislike other than I can't think myself leaving BatchMaster

People are very nice, office environment is fun and lively, work is good though sometime pressure is expected but never over whelming

Dislikes

Some policies are there which do affect work from home or other flexibilities, and definately a 2 year bond

Great workplace to develop your professional skills, the company provides lots of amazing opportunities to grab and thrive upon especially in Services field. New projects bring in new set of responsibilities, and thus refines work level.

Salary wise growth is not very prominent.
