Training period is good and salary is okay no work balance work environment is poor and the management team are not respond properly any time torture employees.

Compensation is decent, but slow growth. Work pressure is very high I work from opening to closing of the store like 14-16 hours in a day. The management team are not respond properly to the employee.

Company culture is good.. But salary increamnet process are very slow.. And merchandiser team support are not good

Nothing to like in this company. Maybe the company may have good work culture outside India.But here it sucks big time.

I am really disappointed with the work culture. Only the Store Managers falls under company payroll and the other store associates falls under third party payroll and due to this,if there is any cash or stock shortage, the Store Manager becomes liable for everything. The store Manager has to pay from his pocket all the shortages,or else FIR will be raised from the company. Be careful, I have seen many SM suffering due to someone else's mistake . The company may seem like an MNC but in real life it's worse than a local Kirana shop.

Bata is a great footwear company. Till now no competatar. Culture is best allouther brand. Desipline and decoration is fantastic. Staff and manager are honur in his society.

Dislikes

Salary is not beter than other company. Working hour is so long.
