...fare or even intended to change things that are creating a bad work environment. There will be unwanted deductions from your salary for minor errors. Bad leave policy you will have to beg for it. Actual thing is the management is not even aware of what a modern workplace looks like. They are still stuck in two decades old model. I would not recommend joining this place unless this is the last option before you starve.

I joined August and resigned it on October. Pay wise they are good. Since labour turnover ratio is high they were not able to provide proper training and understanding. They will not follow what they told in interview. If you are studying any courses and need exam leave they will play with you like anything like extending working hours, cancelling weekend leave even public holiday also

Compensation is average, some time the work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.
