The worst company to work with, and nothing worth liking in the organisation.

THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH..... They will hire you with a good salary packages but they wont give salary in time rather if you ask them the reason of salary getting delayed they would insist you to put down the paper ...The founder and AVP dont know how to talk with the professionals ,they use rough language and would blame your performance and deals as if you are a servant to them, even the AVP would utilize you for doing his personal works.....The product of the company is not yet ready and they would ask to sell the product without any support like marketing materials not even your I-Card ....The founder has opened the company just for the shake of making money from jharkhand govt.... DON'T JOIN if you are experienced or if you are having a stable job.....FRAUD company and the company is full of unprofessional people........Please dont join and ruin your career.....

...tive and the management is transperent company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given to new jaoinees.

...them different ideas to boost the business, and they used to take it positively. They increased my salary within a few months.

sometimes I had to work more than 8 hours a day.

they give opportunities to freshers also, and I started there as a sales trainee; they saw the potential in me and gave me a raise in just six months. They really value potential and that's the best part of this company..

they don't pay much in the starting, but eventually give you a raise according to your work.

Working in a bootstrap company is difficult sometimes but you have to manage, there was only one time when I got a late salary. but if I have an emergency they are ready to help me out with advance salary thats what I really loved about Basic First.

they don't give off on weekends.
