I worked there for a brief duration and it was my second job, still it was the best experience so far. I am happy that I was a part of Basic First and got a chance to contribute and give ideas to increase their sales, it was only possible because they are open for ideas even from freshers.

The worst company to work with, and nothing worth liking in the organisation.

THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH..... They will hire you with a good salary packages but they wont give salary in time rather if you ask them the reason of salary getting delayed they would insist you to put down the paper ...The founder and AVP dont know how to talk with the professionals ,they use rough language and would blame yourperformance and deals as if you are a servant to them, even the AVP would utilize you for doing his personal works.....The product of the company is not yet ready and they would ask to sell the product without any support like marketing materials not even your I-Card ....The founder has opened the company just for the shake of making money from jharkhand govt.... DON'T JOIN if you are experienced or if you are having a stable job.....FRAUD company and the company is full of unprofessional people........Please dont join and ruin your career........Read More
