BASF is getting saturated with the Useless staff & the company is unable to identify the Back-stabing employees. Because of these useless employees some good and hard working employees are getting over shaded by these worthless staff. Don't have time to see the customer and spend some quality time, enjoy the fruits and perks of the company while sitting at home, and when time comes these lousy employee targets an innocent subordinate or a channel partner to save their Job. If this is the mentality in general, there is no point in talking about the support during these pandemic situations. These lousy employees anyway don't come out, why do they come an risk during Covid-19 Lockdown. The Company has got an image due the establishment done by the previous employees who use to take the ownership's and respond properly from time to time, understand the clients requirements. And now these current lousy employees are habituated in taking advantage of it by sitting at home. Lets wait and see how BASF will improve in identifying the sick employees and filter them to save the Brand Image. We have high regards and respect towards the Healthy Employees since 2005 who are still working hard and I know few employees sitting in Ahmedabad and enjoying the cream by doing nothing but capitalizing on making some unwanted disturbances on their own and proving their importance to save their skin.

Dislikes

Even today there are the Employees who are working day in and day out to make their company and the clients successful. But the most worrying part is that the employees who are habituated in making the troubling the customers and having fun with zero technical knowledge and interest in addressing the site/project requirements. They sit and enjoy by creating some problems and sitting on it just to prove their existence. We ourselves has experienced the best of this company and its culture. This was what which is troubling us now to sink into the present scenarios and situations when the present Gujarat Zonal / Area Manager trying to defame or spoil the image of such a world class company. I'am not interested in defaming the companies image, I' am just trying to save the company by realizing the present situation. Please wake up BASF (Master Builder Solutions India Pvt Ltd).
