One of the worst company i have worked. no career opportunities, salary problem, zero management, Third class HR who even don't know how to talk with employees, ASM is not supporting, my sales order were not dispatched by the ASM, no carrer for qualified candidate. who doesn't want to grow in life they can work here.

The company is having low budget plans and strategies, so all the work is done by one employee. They get all the worj from a single person.

Dislikes

Their is no cultural policy in this company. They don't think about Out of the box. They taken strategies are like traditional farming. Their is no value for Qualified candidates. When someone is doing good, the other pull his pair. The company like low budget film having low budget actors means Non Technical and Non Graduate Managers (ASM and RSM), they don't no about Market Research and Forecasting for next stage, that's why The company image is rubbish in the market..
