1. no work life. 2. have to stay back mostly and its out of limit. Even if you are dying just do your work and then die. 3. If you are TL, you might probably die due to heart attack and that because of so much work pressure. 4. If you want to complaint about senior level, do not do that, because at the end, no one is going to listen to you even you are correct. 5. Responsibility of all wrong things whether its in management level.

The work pressure is very high. i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. i do receive appreciation email from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my.

Office timings are terrible. I was made to work overtime and on weekends. Management and distribution of work is equally bad. Organization is understaffed.
