Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I genuinely have nothing good to talk about that hospital.

Dislikes

Me and my husband(orthopedic surgeon) had the worst experience of our lives working there. Very bad work culture and environment, no patient flow and they have no respect for their doctors and dont give remuneration or salary. I would not recommend anyone to work in such a terrible hospital
