New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. During my job i got very much good experience about various learning towards labourlaws full awareness of compliance of legal matter how to tackle labour force unionism activity persuasions and other matter like iso 22000 food safety management iso 14001 Environment iso 45000 safety and health management system contract labour and so many aspect related to day to day activities which affect to our food safety all these activities are part and partial of our management system for achievement of organisational growth .our orgaisation is co- operative sector which deal with producers, consumers and workforce i.e.employees Whom we are deal and satisfy towards organisation goal.
