Working in Barmalt ( cadbury div.) is like studying in good institute where you will get lot of knowledge and lot of oppourtunities to develop your skills. You will get everything except personal growth(Good salary and appriasal)but there is lot of professional growth of an individual which leads to a person in a good level. so overall company is Good.

Salary on time, stable company, you can talk top management directly, Work life balance.

Dislikes

No surety of increment and promotion. U will be hired for some specific job but after 3-4 months u would-be be doing some other work. This is sure that u will definitely get additional job responsibility without any increment. Very slow and confused management for taking any decision. No HR policy, only dummy HR sitting there.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

.... They don’t want to see somebody to grow. No job security, no Gd appraisel... but u can learn more & can get position very soon if u r hardworking but no salary will increase if u r promoted. At time of resignation GM will bother u... he will not release u at ur time. He is so egoistic n arrogant...

There is no salary increment. No employees respect there.

Lot of politics, no job safety, autocratic behaviour of management, they will hire you on one job role and instead of that they will make you work on other, no skill development, no resources, salary deducted without any reason no incentive
