I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

The Manager mr. pallab das don't know how talk to with the staff. The only Thik about own benefits... and there was a man his name is Mr faizal ( Comando)he don't know about anything Hotel industry but he behaved like a he is the Ceo Of the Barkaas

The food I like the most, their environment quite good, the people of barkaas were always there for my help whenever I need. It's amazing 1 year of experience.

Dislikes

The most I dislike about barkaas, the kitchen is totally unhinge, there is no maintenance of policy, the people of barkaas way on there job, and looking for any documents, related to salary slip, pf, esi, ect..
