Overall company is good if you are happy with your current package. Since 4 years company is always giving excuses to increase your salary in the name of covid and economic crisis. However, if you have good hold with management or with your VP. You will get good salary hike and bonuses. Finally, company is very good in terms of job security, culture and work life balance. I enjoyed my 5 years and company has always supported me during my hard time.

They will not give you much hike on your salary but they will hire someone from outside and will pay them more.

Honestly speaking only weekends off is a plus

...id policies have been twisted as per Leadership and not as per what is required Changes in compensation (compoff/double pay) no more granted on working on Indian festivals Sushes people who speaks up
