There is nothing now to like in Barclays just waiting for new job at new location with better salary and position

Hard working employees only get work not increment nor bonus LGBT is the only priority in Barclays so if you want to grow up then don't be straight because management doesn't care about you at all Also mens are at work is only sign you be proven the same at work because if you are men you will be pushed with no encouragement and with no motivation on the other side if you are a girl you would be given all kind of exception since last 3 years I'm witnessing the experience and reporting to any level will not make any difference it rather harm reporter

... for female employees.. lot of benefits.. Will give a feel like our other home.. package also good.. though the benefits are there the management will do what they required... they won't replace the employee if the process get closed or moved somewhere else.. surely they will play a drama as they arranging for opportunities and on the way .. on the way .. all for good like that. job security is depends on their department or cluster.. in my experience i worked with good team (my team members).. by not with good management (department)..

Great company with one of the best HR policies. Company is a good pay master. But I found the growth opportunities a lil lesser and the work becomes mandane after some time. But looking to shared services industry it is a good company to work with.

Work becomes mandane and no work from home. Location is also noṭis good.

...les and responsibilities. Staffs across all levels are treated fair and respect. Also one of the top pay Master in the industry, overall a great place to work.

Barclays should focus on improvising their applications and systems. Other few concerns like market correction or pay revision would help to retain the tenured staffs.
