Huge gap in salary for technical vs non technical roles. Salary for BA4 at technical is equivalent to salary of AVP of non technical.

...e company had hreat culture. Senior management was super cordial and accessible. Pay was super competitive. Great promotion hikes and good bonuses. Work quality was good too

During the end of my tenure, office politics took upper hand. People started promoting their favourites openly. Diversity (female) candidates were even more preferred over better counterparts. Tamil localites unfortunately started preferring localites over Cosmo crowd, whereas initially it was a pure Indian mix crowd. Chennai as location again is not preferrable. Language barrier and weather being main hurdles

No Travel. Compensation is pretty decent but growth is slow.But I guess that remains in any flat hierarchical organization .

If anyone is looking for work life balance with equally good pay, he or she should join Barclays. Support during Pandemic has been amazing. Very few companies can be better than Barclays
