The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them

The office culture and atmosphere was good.. Friendly managers and SME's..

Dislikes

...moving to other company the software skills we learnt there will not be useful.. Salary is very low and there will not be any hikes even yu work more than for 2 years.. Overall 4/10..

... I want to say that I am totally satisfied with the company and my role as well. Barclays gives full support to all employees during this Covid-19 situation and all employees receive their salary on time.

...s a good company to work with if u are staying in Noida.. Work culture is good.. Salary is average.. Your jib is sort of secured.. They don't ask you to leave until and unless there is a disiplinary issue..

I one word we all are aware of it.. It's commonly known as office politics.. At the same time I am aware that it is present in all the companies.. Actually in Barclays i think the %age is high

The people I’ve worked with so far have been really good. They’re supportive and caring and I’ve learned the correct meaning of teamwork here. Barclays has given me a really good start for my career as I joined it directly from College placements. Overall, in terms of team, learning and work environment perspective it has been a really good experience.

...ment level play so bad politics that you just don’t feel like talking to them. Secondly the salary and appraisal is much below the industry standards. Also, there are hardly any travel opportunities that anyone would get here. Thirdly, the growth here is not much. After a point your work and career will become stagnant and that’s when it’s time to move.
