...uldn't have imagined working so long for an organisation, but the fact is i did. Shit level of office politics, crazy favouritism, no growth opportunities, no hike and worst of all is management use pip as a tool to pressure employees to work extra and many time even without overtime pay.

I'm 24, graduated with a BCom in 2021, and have worked as a Personal Banker with Barclays and a Pre-Sales Executive in a startup, both in client-facing roles heavily inclined toward KPO/BPO. I'm now looking to switch sectors and earn {12-15 LPA by 27-28. My math skills aren't great, so some fields are out. I've ruled out MBA for now due to my capabilities but am open to suggestions placement are dying and top are tougher given my below that fit
