Everything Noida management does for Pune location Barclays, all VP's , AVP's and trainers are corrupted and involved with each other for harrassing and targetting employees. Do not even think of going in Barclays as personal banker retail voice process. They will torture you utmost. Making you feel to leave organisation at any cost. Simply do buttering and l*ck there asa for promotion and staying there. Rebellions stay away.

Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Few department, Stakeholder is too demanding and hence always a push back on tight timelines. Being industry getting stagnant due to global recessions, less opportunities to grow and move lateral in organisation.

Worklife balance actually UK Government Bank job from India. Being in captive you can plan your scope and releases with an ease Except USCB which catering to US Barclaycard where there is literally mental harassment while UK is cool.
