Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Worklife balance actually UK Government Bank job from India. Being in captive you can plan your scope and releases with an ease Except USCB which catering to US Barclaycard where there is literally mental harassment while UK is cool.

I'm 24, graduated with a BCom in 2021, and have worked as a Personal Banker with Barclays and a Pre-Sales Executive in a startup, both in client-facing roles heavily inclined toward KPO/BPO. I'm now looking to switch sectors and earn {12-15 LPA by 27-28. My math skills aren't great, so some fields are out. I've ruled out MBA for now due to my capabilities but am open to suggestions placement are dying and top are tougher given my below that fit
