Absolutely no job security at present situation. Mass layoffs are taking place blindly targeting some of the roles in the name of org restructure and new strategy adoption. Unplanned hiring and firing culture. Worse work culture.

Worklife balance actually UK Government Bank job from India. Being in captive you can plan your scope and releases with an ease Except USCB which catering to US Barclaycard where there is literally mental harassment while UK is cool.

Here your line manager decide your bonus and will decide your career path , many things in his hand, having a good line manager is your luck.

I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.
