It'sainly a woman biased bank. If you are woman slightest of work will be supported and amplified by top management and a case will be created to market and the. Promote her. If you areen you will die working never get promoted ....dangerous for Mens growth if you join anything below Director level

...survive also they think they are the company owners and treat others as majdur .Also majority of the management sits chennai who believes whatever the higher management in noida says - no transparency, salary hike or good culture

Toxic work culture, low pay grades for existing employees and rare opportunities for growth, They keep promoting a toxic work culture in the name of diversity and inclusivity

Nothing much. pune campus is nice to be in with many facilities

Too much office politics, groupism, regionalism Fave ppl take away the cream of the bonus leaving very little for others Hikes very less
