...ant. It can often hurt high performers from getting promoted and add more value. Also, if you are expecting that better performance or critical roles will fetch you better bonus, then I would say its pretty flat. The top leadership is good but accessibility is something you have to work thru.

People at Barclays are very supportive and very helpful and Barclays has helped me achieve many things as got promoted within a year and also they have always helped me to keep a work life balance

If you areen you will die working never get promoted ....dangerous for Mens growth if you join anything below Director level
