Some of the roles are really customised and specific to the entity and work life balance is really hard in certain teams where work has to happen on an agile basis

...he people at the lowest level is a dream. the managements are always on holiday. work is more and salary is less. if u r already working with Barclays my sympathy is with you and if you are planning to join the Barclays join in the higher management, there your life will be chilled and work load is less, so please do not join without making a enquire, join jp morgen or tcs cz the work environment is good and they are hiring

...ace to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Work culture is very good. Pay is above the average market pay. Most important, you will get opportunity to work alongside very smart and intelligent people.

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.

Only we get good pay .if we do overtime and weekend working apart from that no proper increament no value for employees

Fixed reporting days to office Limited office locations and basically limited job openings No bench, directly they will fire you... But you can even apply for other positions within the company and get rehired. I feel, No bench is actually good, bkz lazy people don't trouble the hard workers!
