Work life balance is good along with good number of paid holidays and management actively encourages to take holidays. They constantly explore new ways to work.

Dislikes

...didates are either not given the right opportunity due to bias or insecurity. The HR will low ball you for salary despite all hue and cry about pay parity and transparency. They need to invest in operations and administration technology tools like JIRA etc to make processes more efficient.

Overall a good company with decent work life balance. Have dropped to the lower band in terms of compensation for mid-senior levels as compared to current market standards

Barclaycard is division where one will find the opportunity to grow and learn. It does provide salary which is competitive to market standards and overall a good place to work for long terms. Even relocation are possible but that depends totally on ones ability to work and deliver projects.

...ace to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Work culture is very good. Pay is above the average market pay. Most important, you will get opportunity to work alongside very smart and intelligent people.

Some departments have bureaucracy. So, growth can be slow.
