The tender which goes to new contractor and after that it effects to our salary (in this they don't do increment only salary decrease)

There is plenty of projects to work upon being a data industry new learning are always there.

Dislikes

The work life culture used to be excellent there but now after joining of new CIO the tech Team is suffering harshly and not a good place to work.

The company culture is great Employee benefits are massive Good working environment

Internal mobility options are limited Promotions depend lot on company performance rather than individual contribution

Likes

Working timing Tehcnology stacks is good. 4-5 years exp gets designation of Manger easily.

Dislikes

Mismanagement of upper management No proper guidance, Lots of politics, Favoritism, Even after Micromanagement still unaware of individual task details. Attitude issue of VP, Ego get hurts if you don't call Sir. No visibility to upper management, No vision.

Likes

Interning at BARC was a transforming experience. Scientists were encouraging in nature and helpful in all aspects.

Dislikes

No accommodation nor any stipend was provided as it was voluntary research internship.
