SALARY NOT PROVIDE BEFORE 25TH DAY IN ANY MONTH. NO WORK ENVIROMENT IN ANY LOCATION. NO TRAINING, NO JOB SECURITY. THE PROGRESS OF THE EMPLOYEE IS NEVER IS ON THE BESIS OF HIS KNOWLEDGE, IT IS BASED ON THE SLANDER OF THE STAFF WORKING TOGETHER.

.... No job security , Cutthroat and micromanagement , any time they will fire you. For salary have no fixed time , salary credit 45- 60 days . Management teams is arrogant & illiterate.

I was impressed with the high-quality service provided by PRA Group. The team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and efficiently. One more thing is that Clear and transparent communication is a hallmark of PRA. I was kept informed throughout the process, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.

I would like to say some time salary comes late , just takes 5 to 7 days extra Actually it happens for a while not noticeable but I added this because of lower position profile like driver, helper and some other, they must need his salary on time because their salary income is equal to his expenditure. Overall great opportunity to work here.

Company’s work culture is satisfactory. Provides sufficient staff and machinery.

Dislikes

Company hold employee salary whenever he goes to leave and release after 10-15 present working days. It also take 4-5 months for final settlement after resignation of employee.

This company is one of the wrost company I have ever seen. So that no one should try to get a job in this company. Thank you.

Here is no job security. Almost no salary hike, not at all a good working environment, no work life balance. It's all about a horror experience for me.
