Work life balance was good , Saturday was off and understanding HOD

Appraisal process was not transparent. Variable bonus was stopped without giving an opportunity to be heard . Less motivated work environment

Job was all over nice.They staffs were very polite,the work ambience was very friendly.

Working hours are very very long according to the salary and increment is very less as compared to the work pressure

You will got promoted but salary will decrease.Human resources team are active only for weekend activities you will not get any help for other concern like salary issue, work place related issues,pf or esi related they just have tarik pe tarik,

But the company is not even paying the salary time to the employee, whenever someone takes leave, he is giving direct salary hold and there is no value of core value anymore.. like the employee is not focused anymore, and also the Bonus.. it is not given,,, that is wrong rules bcz of bbqn is big company and brand company name of know,,, thank you.
