Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...men's, senior customer and all that).. And if you are asking about supporting.. so "in the pandemic situation all staff gave there best work in office including me also,but when I said the owner to increase of my salary,he don't support me (I regularly went to office by auto fare 30-40rs regularly so my daily updown is 80rs daily.. for this I said to the owner of the Barak communication, please sir increase my salary,he said no,not this year next year I'll think,and the he increase one of my colleague salary,full partiality.. AND FINALLY I LEFT THE JOB FOR THIS MISBEHAVIOUR AND PARTIALLY BETWEEN STAFF..
