We are forced to dance when customer visits and lot of working time is wasted and so we have to work beyond regular working hours to finish our job.

This is a Dream come true for me. The company prides itself about a Good culture and a Transparent work-place devoid of any politics. The Flexibility of work timing along with the benefits are on par with a Big 5 MNC. Great company to work for.

Somewhat isolated location, away from the City center, but well connected to Airport/ Railway stations.

Good Culture,appraisals (best in industry standards). Everyone gets their due respect.

Less job security. No work life balance. Company shows favoritism towards people of certian region and religion and people related to management members.

INSIDER HAS A REALLY GOOD COMPANY CULTURE. ALL THE PEOPLE THERE ARE GENUNIELY NICE AND COOL HUMAN BEINGS, AND THE HIGHER-UPS ENCOURAGE A HEALTHY WORK-LIFE BALANCE. THE WORK IS FUN ND MY COLLEAGUES ARE SO SUPPORTIVE. THERE ARE ALSO TOMNS OF INTERESTING TRAINING AND MENTORING OPPOURTUNITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY, SO I WAS ABLE TO ATTEND THOSE AND LEARN A LOT.
