New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. It is a Korean company but they worked like a workshop. They treated their employees like a slave. You can't take a leave. Working hours no fixed time is given. Work for 24 hours continuously still you have to ask to go to home. If work is pending still having a time to complete the order yet you have to stay in company till the order complete. Work-life balance is zero in a very simple words.
