Its very nice firm to learn and obviously i learned alot here many metallurgical process heat treatment like patenting ,Annealing , pickling of high carbon steel also solution Annealing, pickling of stainless steel I also learned failure Anaysis - Microstructure inspection , inclusion and decarb , grain size , study of cracks and its propagation , hardness , resistivity and conductivity.

...ollage. Mr. Shiv kumar Singh ( Second Son of Pranav Bansal ) is B.A passout HR. He has not knowledge of excel and You will not get Salary slip and Get less salary. Lala Types Company. Don't Join this Comapany. Nothing is prose about this company. No Bus , No Canteen .

The company is good and company culture is eco friendly also if people worked in more than 3 year then his job is secure for future of his post

I worked 8 years but my salary is too much less and I said many times to senior manager to increase my salary then he didn't say any thing after I decided to left my job because my needed Increase. So, If they call me for better position and good salary giving then I will join again and share my knowledge skills with better experience Put on work with 100% effort

Group Management is very good and second one is office timing also good anyone does not interfere in the time of arrival

There is no value of the working employee. he just needs the spoon of the senior and also no Job Security: Any employee can be fired at any time, no matter how old the employee is.
