New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. There is more and harder work in the company, salary is less and nobody tries to advance you. You just want to keep doing the work that has been given to you. Everyone doesn't tell you to learn anything more than that.

Job security for low grade employees

Dislikes

No SOPs built for learning. Nobody tells anything everyone here are working from a very long time 20-25-30 yrs and donot teach anything to the new employees as they think they will lose their jobs. Salry is very less and work load is high. No festival celebration only work work work.,
