The company is open for good work culture and balance.

Dislikes

compensation is decent , but growth is slow. Work pressure is high. Being in the construction work site sometimes working hours goes upto 14 to 18 hours.

Here everyone is considered equal. Or no one seems to be discriminated against. Or in this company I got the opportunity to learn a lot or I learned a lot. or the directors or employees of our company all are very great.

Working piece fully with friendly atmosphere if you are capable to work as per site conditions in pressure situations you will gain good chances to grow in this company.

Some pre decision not decided by management which effects progress,,, many of the projects takeover by us very quickly we speedup to grow in this industry but only some decisions we miss out the chance to complete the projects on time which effects over costing nothing more which i have noticed negative in this company,,, only one thing i want to add more that they also have to take care of employees for good favour to their future to start some benefits like - PF/Medical insurance/EL-medical leaves…
