Perks and salary good although not adequate. Transfers are granted on spouse ground.

Dislikes

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.

what i liked about my job that there was no restriction and target headache. as far as BOB is concerned the organisation as a whole is survivable.

everything starting from employees salary and benefits to everyother thing.

...ions. * People who do work get rewarded with more work and responsibilities. *Performers and non performers get the same pay. * No quick resolution for any problem.

Job security, timely credit of salary, perks and allowances.

Dislikes

Lack of work life balance, impractical targets and nonchalant attitude of higher authorities. Unnecessary bashing. Higher authorities force the subordinates to lend loans without proper documentation just to meet the targets. Poor infrastructure of branches. Verbal abuses at times. In short, expectation from employees are high and support from management is nil. Culture is deteriorating with time.
