too much of politics, exploitation at grass root level, frequent transfers or threats to be transferred if imaginary targets are not achieved without proper infrastructure, technology and guidance.....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dena Bank is now amalgamated with Bank of Baroda on 01.04.2019. So writing anything about it has no relevance. The work culture in Dena Bank was superb. Well knit team working together hand in hand. Every care was taken to upgrade the skills of employees.

IT infrastructure was not very good there. Salary wise it was good.

Since there is no institutional induction training, I had lot of opportunities to learn on the job.

...rs. It is impossible for Chief Security Officer to ensure security requirements. Top management didn't pay any heed to my repeated cautions. Staff discipline is lax and senior officers at times encourage indiscipline to suit their agenda.
