...this ain't the place for you. The culture is quite laid back and growth is slow. Hard work doesn't pay off easily..

Salary is less. Practically No specific timings for officers. No work life balance. Frequent transfers. Hectic and complex reporting system. No permission to officers for keeping their family at a city center as per own wish.

The bank maintained the payment of salary and allowance promptly.

Dislikes

The management follows private culture and the employees are more pressure and no work life balance. There is no satisfaction in work. Every day some fear is there that day how go about meetings and priorities of work. Kindly change the work culture.

...E BUT THERE SOME PERMANENT EMPLOYEE IS MAKING POOREST & BAD WORKING ENVIRONMENT. In my opinion Bank is looking cheaper employees without giving benefits like incentive & other things only salary based employee.

BANK OF BARODA RADIANCE WEALTH MANAGEMENT IS FAILED DUE TO BANK POLICY THERE IS NO VALUE OF CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES TOTAL WORST MANAGEMENT.. Don't Join as contract employee they think you are not eligible candidate.
