Job security and work life balance are the only two things to hold on to a banking job with PSU's.

...this ain't the place for you. The culture is quite laid back and growth is slow. Hard work doesn't pay off easily..

Salary is less. Practically No specific timings for officers. No work life balance. Frequent transfers. Hectic and complex reporting system. No permission to officers for keeping their family at a city center as per own wish.

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Perks and salary good although not adequate. Transfers are granted on spouse ground.

Dislikes

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.
