...this ain't the place for you. The culture is quite laid back and growth is slow. Hard work doesn't pay off easily..

Salary is less. Practically No specific timings for officers. No work life balance. Frequent transfers. Hectic and complex reporting system. No permission to officers for keeping their family at a city center as per own wish.

what i liked about my job that there was no restriction and target headache. as far as BOB is concerned the organisation as a whole is survivable.
