I really love my bank. Seeing the salary of my peers and the work life balance I get here, I am thankful. I may not have a glamorous job, but things are getting by just fine. Moreover, the bank has paid me for continuing my education as well.

...and working style in the banking. All responsibility is of officier and manager.clerks and sub-staff are getting free salary and equal to almost to us nearly 10 % down. They are living happy life and near to their houses and relative. officer and manager are thrown to different locations.all I can say that banking is not at all option for student who worked so hard and pray to God for this worst job. I want govt to privatised all these banks. So that bright student will not come to this sector merely for the sake of govt tag. Which is actually not a case

Work culture, learning platform And mindset of HR, RO and ZO They behave like they are more powerful and they can kick you anywhere and anytime. No matter what or who you are. They is no support from RO, no team to support and no knowledge to branch people what they are doing. Branch are struggling with one-one officer. Bank might be in profit in the end of the day or year. But the branch officer and manager loss everyday one day of their life... In recent few years people are commenting suicide and even case of heartfail, tension and we are living a life at risk of looting by goon and people on guna. Due to change in the banking culture in last decade, people like scold to staff of bank for any reason and even for 1 rs. Previously, banker have more respect in the india. But now due more intervention of govt and RBI in the work culture and policies of bank each day like we are bankers are nothing in the society. We have lost the respect in the eye of account holder and public.

Toxic work culture, no transparency in promotion and transfer, unprofessional HRMs working like a clerk, frequent transfers with plum postings reserved for boot lickers and preferred candidates, staff shortage and too much work pressure. Someone just starting his/her career should spend more time and join somewhere else rather than coming in Public sector bank specially BoB.

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.
